All are key to a functional yoga practice!

I teach vinyasa flow style yoga that incorporates asanas (poses/positions) which helps students embrace their functional flexibility, stability, and strength goals.

Pranayama (breathwork) is another practice I provide instruction and focus on. Being able to harness the power of your breath optimizes performance in any situation.

I believe in incorporating the element of play into my yoga sessions since laughter and fun are essential to curating a full healthy life.
